I created an Excel spreadsheet to help others like me track their weight loss goals. You can download the spreadsheet by clicking on its link in the attachments section below. In order to customize the information to yourself, simply fill in the boxes highlighted in red. The formulas will fill in automatically as you add information. Each week, add your weight that week, and the loss formulas will calculate and fill for you.
